Pricing questions
- Do volunteers count toward the price?
- No. The price is per branch, not per person. Volunteers never count as paid seats. Schedule as many staff and volunteers as you need.
- What counts as a branch?
- Each physical library location you schedule. A single-building library is one branch and pays one flat price. Multi-branch systems add a branch as they bring each location on. You only pay for what you actually run.
- Is there really a free pilot?
- Yes. Set up your library, schedule a real week, and try it with your team at no charge before you commit.
- We already have a schedule in another tool. How hard is switching?
- Not hard. Upload your current schedule or roster as a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel), match up the columns, and your people and shifts are created for you. Prefer a hand? Send us the file and we'll build your first weeks for you.
- How does billing work?
- One subscription per branch, billed monthly or annually. Annual saves you money. Export your data and leave anytime.
- Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
- Yes. If your library buys through a finance department, we'll send an invoice with your PO number on net-30 terms, payable by check or ACH. No credit card required.
- Do you offer nonprofit or library discounts?
