Getting answers no longer means emailing and waiting. The new help center covers setup, scheduling, time off, volunteers, billing, and more — searchable, and reachable without logging in.
Every article ends with a way to reach a real person, and the search box tells us what people look for so we know what to write next.
See the week by desk, split shifts and all
Some shifts cover two desks — open on the Info Desk, then move to Circulation after lunch. Those now show as one continuous shift with both desks labeled.
