How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel whenever you like, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Open Manage billing to reach the customer portal.
  3. Choose to cancel at period end.

Tip

Your data is always yours. Before you go, export everything — roster, shifts, absences, and more — from Settings → Data. See getting hours and reports.

Closing the whole account, or need a hand? Email us from the owner's address and we'll confirm, export anything you want, and take care of it.
