How does the free trial and billing work?

New libraries get a 14-day free trial — full access, no card required to start. When you're ready, you subscribe from Settings → Billing.
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Review your plan and trial countdown.
- Choose Subscribe and complete checkout.
Note
Stacks is priced per branch (location) — staff and volunteers are always free, with no per-person limit. Add as many people as you need.
Billing and payments are handled by our payment provider through a secure checkout and customer portal, where you can update your card and see invoices. Questions about pricing? Email us — we're happy to help.
