How do I invite my team?

Adding a person and inviting them are two separate steps: first you create their record, then you send the invite that lets them log in.

  1. Open People and click Add person — or Bulk add to paste a whole list.
  2. Go to People → Pending invites.
  3. Click Send invite emails to invite everyone at once, or use Resend on a single row.

Each person gets an email with a link to set a password and sign in. Invite links are valid for 14 days; if one expires, just resend it.

Note

An invite's status moves from Pending (created, not yet sent) to Sent to Accepted once they log in. You can see this on the People page at any time.

Someone didn't get their invite

That's almost always a delivery issue (spam folder or a blocked sender) or an invite that was staged but never sent. See invites that aren't arriving for the fix — including a copyable link you can send directly.

Volunteers without an email address

You can still add them — leave the email blank and they'll appear on the schedule without logging in.
