Someone didn't get their invite email

Almost always it's one of two things: the invite was created but never sent, or it was sent but got filtered. Both are quick to fix.

  1. Go to People → Pending invites.
  2. If the status is Pending, click Send invite emails (or Resend on that row).
  3. If it already says Sent, use Resend — this also reveals a copyable accept link you can paste into a chat or text.

Heads up

Ask them to check spam and promotions folders, and to add our sending address to their contacts. Library spam filters are the most common culprit.
